TT70 and a Cloudcharger robe... Fuzzy supposes a barb could do worse.

You could put some stones in the sockets, other than that, it seems fine :)

personal suggestion from about 2 years of barbary...

to save time/coins go with legendary chest and legs until 90 then go full tt (or if you can afford it go for lunar at 95). you dont need 80 greens to make 90 greens (which you do need to make 99 golds).

swap out the pdef orns for mdef orns.

the choice between tt nirvana and lunar nirvana (or rank) is yours to make depending on what you want really. rank 9 has slightly more pdef and mdef when fully buffed than lunar and tt nirvy, and a few more attack levels are possible (if the other two routes opt for warsoul weapons). When debuffed/purged, rank 9 has the lowest mdef due to the belt you wear which is unrefinable (swapping out the belt looses the last attack level bonus). TT nirvana has the most mdef when debuffed/purged - and its pdef can be comparable to lunar nirvana when debuffed/purged depending on the ornaments you use, and refine levels.

probably more than you were looking for at this point, but just a suggestion from my own experience.

To be honest, yes, mdef is needed in a bad way. However, at your level you're probably squadded with a cleric most of the time-so no worries at this point. When you get to 90+, mdef will be your biggest weakness, so a great deal of effort and expense should be spent upon mdef ornaments-rings, neck pieces and belts.

As for now, you are right on the curve as far as I can tell, probably a bit ahead of it with the cloudcharger cape. Save up and put sapphire gems into it if you are going to continue leveling the barb. If not, Tauran Chieftain cape is a good one for Mdef.

Not going to start the argument, just say that calamities are awesome axes and I highly favor them over TT70. You should look into them.

Also, if you are going to use phys ornies, phys rings, and an 85 mil coin cape that add's phys def instead of the 3 mil cape that adds magic defense, you might shard saphires.
