PWI Account Team Help Only Pleade

First off, I'm not even sure where I should post this at.

I have 4 accounts for PWI, I just recently made one today and I gave one away to a friend of mine who wanted to start playing with me. I just read read the Rules about the multi client thing and noticed we can only have two accounts per person living in the same household, my friend lives in the same house as I do and is my roomate. I want to deactive one of my accounts but i have no idea how to email in the information for that account into your tech team. I only want to use two of my accounts for the dual-boxing so I can make money and grind my main character more easily.

I only want to use two of my accounts. Would my friend have to make his own account or can he continute to use the one I gave him? I had both of those accounts for 5 years and I lost my login information for them until just recently. I dont know what to do, so any feedback would really be apprieciated and again I have no idea where at on the support page where I can email your company personally, so I thought it'd be easier to just post it in here.
