The Wraiths need better gear/skills

If there's going to be better gear after rank 9 +12, then the wraiths need some improvements before people are able to solo every single boss in the game.
Here's a few suggestions I thought of (Let's hope the wraiths don't read this):
1. Some mobs should be able to heal and give buffs to bosses and their buddies.
2. A AOE debuff to decrease APS (This will probably even out the sin class a bit).
3. The smartest boss will have the bramble guard ability (Venos will be needed so they purge them).
4. More bosses in the future will need amp like pole in BH69 (Just to bring fear back into the higher levels).
5. Some mobs should be given the ability to aim for the lowest Lvl member in the squad (FFC needs this one to end power leveling (I'm not against power leveling, I don't people that power level and don't know how to use the class right, but I also hate buying frost)).
6. Some mobs should increase their APS.
That's all I could think, but feel free to add on. We don't want this game to become too easy b:laugh.

1 - This would mess the game system since exps are based on damage dealt to the boss/mob;
2 - Did you ever fight farren sereneti or a tree to ofotis path?
3 - Quillhog King does this.
4 - Well, many bosses do amp and pole do not amp he do Zero defense. Gaurnob do Amp.
5 - No FC doesnt need to end powerleveling. You will pay the server bills? Power, ISP, Taxes, Employees? will you?;
6 - Many mobs has buffs to increase aps.
Edit: I wouldn't like to be rude, but NOTHING is free of charge, so if you dont like it this way, QUIT or just go play a P2P game.0 -

He come up with gear after R9 and u with Farren, a mob in 59 and bosses in 69. Im not sure but something doesnt fit together in this b:beatup0 -

1. Yeah so that you can watch as that boss you just almost beat uses a god damn Full Cure and goes to max HP. Or uses a freaking Life3 on itself upon death.
2. Already exists. For example, Vastclaw Executioner, the PQ1 boss, does this. Works quite well on the properly leveled folk, not so much after 89, since Demon/Sage Spark comes with a purify.
3. Now this just sounds like you want to make something that sins/5aps can't solo. Oh and btw, no, they won't need a Veno. They can just use Heaven Shatterer to purge the boss. And before you say no one can tank that long, there's a certain sin who used Heaven Shatterer to purify freaking Harpy Wraith when he soloed it.
4. Fear? Don't think so. Even without a cleric, everyone has 2 options for purify: apo and spark. Some Sage/Demon skills get purify as well. And some weapons got a purify proc.
5. Would be nice, wouldn't solve the problem. Mainly because: mobs target a person who gets aggro and because you can just skip the mobs and do heads, which have no attacks.I am Olba. Not Ol, not Baze nor Blaze. And even less would I go by Olblaze. Please, take a second to read a person's username.

They need to add PVE content that is worthy of the +12 R9 gear everyone has these days. Nothing is really out there that fits the bill... except maybe the Dragoon Glitch lol.

Holeen in FCC does cast an AOE debuff that reduces APS AND channeling.
The problem with most of your suggestions is that they're already in the game and that there are easy ways around them. Such as, for Holeen, you just triple spark and you're back to your normal APS or channeling. Sins and BM's with 5.0 are the LEAST effected by it, where casters and such are the MOST effected.
As for TT4-x, it should be TT1-1 through TT3-3 all at once with different mats.

1) Amusingly, you start encountering this in Rusty Hearts after level 20. And, Nymphali, that's not quite how it works. I'll leave it to an archer to explain, though.
2) I've been known to purposely not purify in FB 59 post-Tideborn. b:chuckle
3) Reflective damage has been very underutilized so far. What would be really neat is if they made it work against ranged classes, too.
4) Meh.
5) No, Frost just needs to go back to what it started as.
