i need a gm to pm me on Lsst City Server-its regarding my ticket- i have wc;d like mad and messaged u guys like you told me too so someone get back to me asap .....

    They are slow, and WCing and posting on forums wont help at all, also be prepared, beacuse unless is something that is obviously a game error (like a char permanent stuck somewhere, or your flyer suddenly dropping its base speed etc) they are not going to help you at all for example:

    If you were scammed/****, you wont get back whatever you lost, if you dropped a item in pk while having guardian scrolls, unless you have a pic proving it, they are not going to help you, if you sold by mistake a gear, then too bad for you, if you picked the wrong cultivation, wait until 100 and use the boutique item to switch. ETC, ETC, ETC.

    The only part of the game where you will have a support is if you had a problem charging zen, pretty sure they will fix anything that happened, in fact I assure you they will, for everything else sending a ticket is a waste of time.

    Stop talking about something you obviously have no experience with. They may take time to get through tickets, but I am not a heavy cash shopper and they have helped me in a timely fashion with many issues. I once accidentally NPCed three Sorceress's Hands because I thought they were the DQ item Order of the Underworld, and submitted a ticket *not* asking for them back but just complaining on how too many icons are the same and it causes confusion. They promptly mailed me three Sorceress's Hands and said they would look into the icon issue (not that I expect that to happen, but it was still surprisingly good service). I have submitted tickets on other issues as well and had them get back to me (often via GM appearing in-game) in as little as two days. I know other people that got back their items when **** or scammed.

    Just don't submit multiple tickets on the same topic. That will only slow things down and they will just close one of the tickets because it is the same.

    Have you tried live chat... I was happily flying to guild base quest one day when I realized that the elevation adjustment hadn't worked and I flew right into a mountain. No problem adjust course and wooooooaaahhh Im stuck.. No problem just stow the wings and uh oh Im stuck. That's ok if I relog I will get unstuck... Nope stuck. No matter what I did I was stuck in this mountain just standing about 3 ft away in the air unsupported etc etc etc. I went to the support page, went to live chat and asked for help. A person answered said they would get a gm. Took my info and approx 5 minutes later a gm popped out of nowhere and proceeded to laugh. I told the gm it wasn't funny and we both laughed. The gm ported me to town and went on their way and I went mine. Now I admit this was during the day but if you haven't tried live chat it is worth a try...

    No one here is defending PWE, stupid. Learn2read.

    I'm also one who had my chrono quest stuck at killing Warrior of God and a GM promptly came on and finished it for me since the quest was stuck and there was no way for me with a squad that didn't get that specific quest to kill him and finish chrono on one character of mine. As far as tickets go the GM's are fairly decent and understanding.

    Unfortunately there's going to be uneducated posters like the quoted above that believe this has anything to do with how poorly the game is developed and maintained.

    I've had good luck on timely answers/ help on in game issues from tickets. Once even had a GM stop by in game to verify the issue was resolved. They probably have a heavy load of tickets. I may not be hapy with some of the issues in the overall game; but, individual issues with the game have been resolved in a good and timely fashion.
