Drop item with Guardian scroll in inventory

Yesterday in PK i have dropped for two times in sequence item from my inventory after death in Orchid Temple. In my inventory was 27 Guardian scroll.

"This item prevents EXP Loss, Item Drop, and Gear Shatter upon death when in inventory.
Has no effect in Territory Wars, Arenas, and some other locations."

Is a bug problem or Guardian scroll not prevent item drop in Orchid Temple zone?

What is "other locations" where guardian scroll not work in addition TW and Arena?

    Other locations mean locations where you lose nothing on death (like warsong, some events, etc). Did u send ticked to support? If not - do it :) And keep this topic updated about how it will be solved.
