I have 2 different questions.

1. Where can I get the "Old Pages" and the "Pages of Fate" that are used to manufacture skill books?

2. What are the uses for the mysterious chips?

    1) I have no idea. I've heard of them but never have gotten them. But I can answer the second question

    2) Mysterious chips are used to exchange for molds, TT gold mats, and more. You go to the mysterious chip merchant located in 1k streams who does it. You will need a certain amount of chips and some coin for the item. I think the chips are also used for R9 equipment in archosaur. Try looking up pwdatabase, it will help.

    since the second one has been answered, i will only address this one

    pages of fate are the easier of the two to obtain; they are a reward for completing the cube of fate at level 90+, so you can essentially get a page every day

    old book pages are dropped from rebirth Delta...stages 3+ i think
    they can also be crafted from book credit cards that are obtained from rooms 51-60 of the cube (10 cards -> 1 page)

    if you participate on City of abominations... and can kill [?] monsters dec...you can convert warsong tags to OBP or PoFs too... i farm there for pages to sell =)

    I believe chrono pages are used for the level 100 skills.

    chrono pages are extremely expensive though...there's only two ways i know of to get one
    1) world boss drop
    2) token of best luck = 2 pages (which prices them at about 2.5m each)

    rumor has it some OHT mob has like a 0.2% chance of dropping one or something? not sure b:surrender anyways 100 skill books are a pain in the ***

    3) card bosses have a chance to drop them

    supposedly they have a 2.6% drop rate, but i think its more since ive gotten a lot of them before
