I cannot see other players' characters.

Hi there. I've only recently started having this problem - I can not see other players' characters, or their character names, until I get really close to them. I checked the settings on my character panel to see if that was the problem, but it's not. I have the same problem with both of my characters. I'm not quite sure what to do. Could someone help me?

    go to settings and find distance and scroll right...many players use this setting to avoid lag...
    it also activates by ctrl+f9 but i find hard turn it on with ctrl+f9

    It also stays on after you log off and back on. If you look in the upper right corner above your hp, there might be a little glowing running guy in the middle. Click that to turn it off, and you should be able to see people.
