this is horrible since GMs would like us to report stuffs like FC goon glitch,
Secret passage PK-ing.
if you got plvl-ed by goon,
then no one would actually report those glitchers because you felt happy for being plvl-ed

next time try to give a reward for ToS violation reporting
ticketing is such a waste of time

You basically report PKers in SP because they keep killing you and you can't do any of your quests. The reward is basically that the PKer will most likely be temp banned and that you can do your quests in peace (which might be a little too optimistic but that's the idea behind it).

Indeed for dragoons there is no real reason to waste time sending tickets, and if you happen to forget to include proof that you didn't benefit from the glitching yourself you'll get banned too...

Naturally people will only do the glitching with people they know and can trust eachother (well, aside from the WC's actually looking for people to do the glitch).

I've had a few GM visits while being in a full squad in an instance (they actually just needed TT mats b:chuckle ) but if they could just pop up at random FF instances and ban glitchers then I suspect it will not be quite as popular soon.

A reward wouldn't be too bad though, just as long as it's nothing big. Maybe a few DQ points (5-10k or so).

Yes, they can do this, and they can even do it without you knowing that they are there.

What exactly is the benefit again for GMs putting in a lot of effort into banning their own customers?

Because frankly alot of people will never start playing simply cause they know that such a cheat exists an that the tos isn't enforced. Who the hell wants to spend real money in a game full of cheaters? In a mmo cheats spell the doom as surely as the sky is blue

Yes, they can do this, and they can even do it without you knowing that they are there.

Ofcourse that's possible too, they might already be doing it. Now if only more people knew this b:chuckle

People complain about the game constantly. Look how many are unhappy with sins yet there is no change there. PWI has long given up on putting value in making their playerbase happy. Player happiness has no value in this game.

If there is no immediate monetary benefit it won't be done b:bye

Instead of banning people that are still buying charms and hypers to use the glitch, why not just put in a line of programming that limits the bosses movement so the glitch cant be used. Seems simple enough.

If there's a **** up and youre not going to fix it, dont punish those that use it and are actually spending money to do it.

Hell, ban your programmers from the office, they arent doing anything anyway.

amm do you know companies have mission, vision and community duties and obligations, do you think k-mart would like to have 10 mass murderers in their store just because they are customers? A company has to protect its name if wishes to stay competitive in today's fast moving markets. Can't have , nothing happened if nobody saw/reported/screenshot you motto. But ofcourse it all depends of what type of company we are talking about.

If Kmart knows their door locks dont work and every thug in the neighborhood know it too, they fix them. They dont just go home and expect the stock to still be there in the morning.

You want a reward for TOS violation reporting? What a new mount? I can see it now, 5 people left on the server since everyone is banned so you can get one. This is like the dual client thing, Everyone did it for years, so instead of banning all, they just made it legal. In 3 months it will be part of FC and you will be noob if you don't do it that way

If there is no reward for being a r3tard, then stop being a r3tard...
I seriously wonder: people who don't RPK, if you play the board game "Sorry!" and you roll the dice so that you land on an opponents piece and send it back to the beginning, do you sincerely apologize and ask everyone if you can have a do-over roll so you can give your victim another chance? It's a god damn game..

LOL you want a reward for snitching on others. If people would make coins/items from reporting and getting others banned this game would turn into Joseph Stalins regime in Soviet Union.

Of course GMs are not mass murdering Bolsheviks but its still the same system and it still creates the same bad atmosphere once you start paying of informants. People play videgames to have fun and relax on their spare time, they dont want a hostile environment with snitches running loose watching everyone. Half the reports will come from people trying to get others banned just to make money for themselves anyway, not because they feel upset about someone pking in SP. People already report others all the time just to sabotage for enemy factions or players they dislike, do we really want more of that ****?

I dont think its cool with people gaining massive advantages by abusing glitches and going from 103-105 in 2 weeks either, but thats up to PWI and their GMs to fix not payed of players.
