I dont get this when I try to learn this skill it says Spirit Cultivation level not high enough or anything. I have enough spirit and money.

    You have to complete the yellow cultivation quests and reach the next cultivation level before you can learn it.

    you haven't done your cultivation quests, then. do your cultis.
