Tips for clerics

When clerics get to higher levels theyre strong in attack but not to much in defence so when theyre healing a tank such as barbarian in a boss or things like that they need to stay back always they will die pretty easy and clerics are a very important in part of a team at bosses like rankar and even qingzi so they cant realy die or most of the time the rest die with the clerics

    neither of those bosses make sense since they don't aoe... If you're that concerned about your safety, proximity won't matter in the non-aoe non-random aggro cases.

    As to rankar, I can understand the advice. Not sure that I'd really call a 5x bosss high level...

    Please which is a good set of arcane armor for a PVE-support cleric lvl 90? Rank VII, TT90, molds?

    I don't want to expend much and I level very slowly. I'll not PVP, but maybe help with TWs.

    Rank top is good if you have the rep. TT90 is excellent (except the boots, bleh) and adds a nice amount of survivability. I'd probably get the 90 gold bracers personally since the -chan and +pdef is great, but there are wonderful OHT alternatives. Definitely get OHT boots with good adds (my opinion) or find something equitable. The TT90 top tends to run a little more expensive due to it requiring GBA, but that's always ameliorated quite a bit by smart purchasing through AH and whatnot.

    If you are into rare stuff, the lvl 96 mold top found in the optional boss in Seat of Torment is also wonderful (and refines significantly better than TT90), but can be costly to buy (easy to get if you tag along in BH SoT squads). (Also, it's 96 req, so ignore the suggestion altogether if you don't plan to level much past 90. I only included it since you said molds.)

    As far as capes are concerned, any of the the 79/89/99 TM pdef capes is great, if your coin agrees with you or you can farm it. Conversely, you could also make/find a good OHT cape too (I am in love with OHT stuff, sorry :p) or farm/buy the 96 mold cape found on one of the optional bosses in Abaddon. (Again, ignore if leveling is not a plan for you.)

    Hmm...? Not in defense....? Clerics have very high p.def especially st higher Kbps considering your build or armor. A fail cleric is just a player who doesn't know how to play as a cleric. Clerics, yes can die fast, but also can have great p.def and using sleep skills help them survive. b:victory

    I really want to buy a mount but i cant choose between the ancient boa and the hell hound im lvl 20 when im posting this so they both will cost 40 gold if i want to ride them now. i really appreciate some help pls......b:shocked

    The poster asked about cheap TT90 gears in the 9x range. Rank 8 is not in that range (though I do think it's the most cost-effective thing to do) and neither is nirvy. DoT's? Really? Attack levels? Cleric?...

    Mold gears for 9x are not as cheap as tt90. The top (SoT bonus boss), sleeves (easy SoT boss drop), pants (really rare mob drop), and the boots (cheapest of all, easy SoT boss drop) are far more expensive than tt90, imo, and the adds are not that great. For the overall cost, tt90 is fine...

    You said it yourself. TM cape was cheap. OP asked for inexpensive... Also, all of the alternatives you mentioned are ALSO bound...

    I fail to see where your suggestions are better?
