    it varies by level, but i'd say typically around five, give or take a few. and as Vitenka said, maybe 10-20% of the level's XP at most comes from completing quests at this level, the rest is dailies and maybe purchased quests.

    ("purchased quests"? yes, there are ways to buy quests --- typically "kill X number of mob type Y" quests --- for coin. crusade orders and justice quests; you'll run into them before long. i still do them, because i'm oldfashioned like that and it breaks the monotony of grinding my pets' XP.)

    Um, thanks for summoning me, but I never said anything in this thread before :)

    I'd mention the cube - which is worth about 5% of your xp and scales up as you do. Needs quite a bit of prepwork to be able to do it though.
