Soporific Whisper and Undine Strike

Are the skills Soporific Whisper and Undine Strike available in-game yet? I've attained the required culti level to learn the skills but they're not available at the Skill Trainer. Any ideas?

    You have to make them. You can make apocalypse pages out of tokens and buy ink from the book making pot thing in thousand streams. You need 20 pages and 10 inks i think. It should be around 2m per skill unless its changed idk. You need 1m spirit to learn them.

    (Don't underestimate the other 79 skill though! free chi =x)

    Thanks for the info! One more question: Once I manufacture the skill books, are they bound to my character or can they be sold and traded?

    they can be traded, but are consumed when you learn the skill. You'll want all 3 skills if you even plan on pvp.

    You can trade the books but is not very profitable, because every1 can make them. Is not like old times when apocalypse pages where ONLY available in FB 89 and TT 3-1 as a quite rare drop from monsters. It was much harder to obtain all 3 skills and 1 apocalypse page cost +-250K to 330K.
