How do you report frost glitchers and what happens to them

Is this like some taboo or something? ChaoticShelly seems to think so by moving legitimate posts to Lower Depths.b:shocked

It's a valid question. We're told to report it and we do but nothing happens. So isn't it fair to ask why nothing is happening? It's pretty obvious who is doing it now that there are 22+ lvl 105s on the ranking page.

This will probably get deleted too so why bother replying though. b:bye
