fb79 help!

Naime/ - Sanctuary

Ok so I'm currently lvl 87 and I'm trying to do my fb79 (yeah I know late start xD) I'm not sure all the quests that I need for it though. I currently have 4 tabs. I tried to recieve the call to duty but I didn't get a quest only tabs. Is this supposed to happen? My quest list isn't full. So far the quests that I have are:
Pirate's treasures
Pirates
(maybe) call to duty
and my spiritual cultivation - the intruder

My spiritual cultivation I think the thing I need is inside the instance


Can seomoen please help me?
Oh yeah and what are the rewards from these quests? (like items)
