Enternet problem if anyone noes HOW TO FIX

ok so my internet is working but PWI game isnt working..... it says Action Cancaled..-.- does anyone noe how to fix this kinda problem?

    firstly, is your game up to date to version 542 (there was just maintenance last night)?

    if so, you can try going to PWI folder -> element folder -> open elementclient.exe for a direct launch into the game, will it let you connect through there?

    thats all i can think of... if this doesnt work, maybe provide a screenshot.
