Patcher Crash

Whenever i try to go to the launcher. An error pops up not letting me go there. So i have had to go through the files to start lately. And now i cant even update. Whenever i try to go to the patcher. I get this screen

The same thing pops up if i try to manual patch. I have a guild to run. So can someone PLZ tell me wtf is going on?
