Grind with a low level squad

Im going to grind for drops,anyways,there's a drop increase from low level mob whenever my party member's level is same or even lower than the mob
question is how could i get drops at no drop penalty rate efficiently(not fighting mobs at my level) with a lv40,im currently a 83
