Avatar problem

I got a problem with my blademasters avatar. If I go to 'edit your avatar', there's only a blank space where the bm picture should be. Can't select him at all thanks to that.
In core connect there's only the chimnei picture saying he's a lvl 92 human lol

Any chance this could get fixed?
I'd kinda love if I could post on my only guy char b:sweat
