So what do we have to do to get a coupon for zen/gold? I think i have only spent four or five thousand dollars on this game, but only ever gotten one maybe two coupons over the years.Is there some act that could trigger one?

    When coupons come out, they will usually be sent via e-mail. Why you spent 4k+ on this game is another question...
