Unable to take screenies(screenshots)

Every time I try to take a screenshot, i get a blue screen. Anyone know how to fix this problem or anything? Would be nice to get some feedback on this because i cant upload any screenies that i attempt to take to a guild website,core connect, or anything :3

    Here's a few of my own suggestions:

    1. Verify your client through the patcher.
    2. Re-download and install your client.

    Also, what are your computer specs? (RAM, CPU etc.) If you have little (under the minimum requirement) the saving of the screenshot may be shorting your system.
