after straining my brain to figure out your strange abbreviations..

chromatic healing beam (your aoe heal) while being an improtant heal is not as important as wellspring and your main heal: ironheart.. if ironheart and wellspring, as well as plume shot plume shell, great cyclone are all lvl 10 and wield thunder is lvl 6, then try to get chromatic healing beam to lvl 7

chromatic seal is not really wroth it that that low a level unless u plan on dueling alot as it cost a lot of spirit which ur going to be short on.

in the end every cleric skill is worth maxing, except thunderball which is so horrid it would be useless even if it GAVE you mana when u cast it

sirens kiss should be the LAST skill u max
Killing level 80's with a lvl 60 is a lot more fun than killing level 90's with a level 100.

The acronym's aren't confusing to me.. someone who plays a cleric and talks about one frequently.

Since you'd be involved in BH51 and there's AOE's by rankar and wyvern, I would suggest maxing chromatic as far as you're allowed (by level and spirit/coin). Siren's kiss can be very useful during squad AOE's, especially if you have an AOE class, the paralyze can prevent them from getting to a squishy ranged mage while doing okay damage. In FF if you're doing heads it's a cleric's best AOE that's on the skillbar for heads.

As for CS, level it a few times, but not much, it's just useful for keeping a mob off you, until later levels when it becomes more useful against players.

Keep your heals maxed except for PHB, keep your buffs all maxed (should have all the hour buffs by now), make sure to have BB, and put some into WT/GC/MM when possible. Tempest is good but will cost too much spirit until the 80s.

Blessings of the purehearted, wield thunder, great cyclone, metal mastery.

You should already have great cyclone maxed, if you don't do it asap since it's a much better attack than plume shot.

Also a note about Sirens. When you level this depends largely on your play style. If you AOE grind, leveling should be something you do. It's also great for the methods describe. I would definitely level it before leveling tempest, as tempest is a really expensive skill and isn't such a priority that it should be done before you level a few other skills first. BB should be something you have but I don't really think it's all that necessary in most cases before level 75. I would still get it in case your squad needs it, but I wouldn't use it that often until you can use event food as I can't really think of anything where you absolutely need it before then. Unless the designated tank can't handle bh59 runs, then it comes in useful there. You don't need it in 51, and you don't need it in fb69.

I would make sure IH/wellspring surge is maxed. Get purify to around level 5 for your fb69. Your buffs should be maxed by now and you should have the one hour defense buffs. Metal mastery should be worked on. Revive should be maxed out soon. Perhaps level 3 SoR for the poorly geared HA in 59 since that cave is hard on even well geared for their level ones simply because it's really an arcane dungeon. It doesn't need to be that high until later levels though.

As for CS, I wouldn't really bother with it at the moment you have more important skills to learn.
