How to Contact With Gms!?

I did hear about a Live Chat but i dont know where or hows it, i wanna contact directly not via tickets i did sent like 6 mails to customerservice email and the only response i get is to go to the page to read the ticket and i cant read the ticket on my main because i have been banned from PWI >.< so i cant talk with them to try to resolve that trouble. PLEASE HELP!!

    You're logged in and posting... click the support tab at the top? Live chat is there too but no one is ever home... and even for tickets, it's Sunday.

    Yes, please send a ticket, or use live chat which is only there during business hours (Sunday they wouldn't be on) and please don't send more than 1 ticket as it will be pushed to the bottom and will take longer for you to get a response. Also, bans are not to be discussed on the forums.
