were playing on dreamweaver server and my ingame husband got banned when he tried to log on from hes laptop while he was on a vacation in hong kong can someone pls help me contact a gm to fix this he didnt get any mail about being banned and he cant log into site ofc and submit a ticket ..

Bans are not to be discussed on the forums. Your friend needs to contact the GMs himself via a ticket here http://support.perfectworld.com/ or email them here: customerservice@perfectworldinc.com from the email that is assigned to his account.
