Why do barbs in tiger form not get fatter the more hp they have?

I want to look at a barb and go "WOAH that fatty is a bag of hp!" or "Oh look, a fist barb >.>".

This problem is seriously affecting my game play, yo.

    They are big enough already, why make them fatty fatty 2 by 4s that can't fit through a kitchen door?

    Just add dunce caps to the fist/dex build barbs.

    I can already imagine having to roll your fat barb around with all your party members just to lure mobs.
