Accuracy?

So guys I'm posting here because you guys are math pros. Is there any kind of formula to figure out chance to hit % by comparing your accuracy to an opponents evasion? Like if my opponent has 2.3k evasion, and I have 6k accuracy, how much more will I miss if I go down to 4k accuracy?
