I am endeavoring to increase the range of motion in my hip area, I was wondering if anyone knows some good hip stretches? Let's hear it!

    instead of thinking of your hip, think about the kids in africa dying cuz they have no food. They cant move their hips cuz they are so sick, they can barely move. Those kids need your help.

    What about the aids virus? Don't they have a right to reproduce and thrive like God intended? I mean they're even being nice and gracious letting their hosts live for 20-30 years before killing them and yet you complain?
