Can't start PWI Genesis.

Hi people and mods. I was thinking of reinstalling PWI (i played some a while ago), i reinstalled and patched. Now when i try to start the game it gives me some weird error:
14tlged.png, and after that for ... half a second? a C++ runtime error appears, so i couldn't make a screenie.

I just hope i dont have to reinstall it. The last time i played the game it worked fine.

EDIT: btw, it happens as soon as i press the START button, i can't even see the screen.

    Please send in a ticket to Tech Support with the following information so we can try to figure this out for you. We need you to send us some of your computer's information.

    1) What is the make and model number of your computer?

    2) Please also tell us whether you are running a 32bit or 64bit version of Windows. You can find out in Windows by going here: Start > Control Panel > System & Maintenance > System. Then look under System > System Type. It will then display 32bit Operating System or 64bit Operating System. Include that info with the info we ask for below.

    3) To create a dxdiag log, go to Start, click on Run, then type in dxdiag and press Enter. Click on Save All Information as a text file (on your Desktop as an example.
    If you are using Vista or 7, go to the Start Menu, click on the Search menu and type dxdiag.exe.

    4) Attach the dxdiag.txt that you save to your reply to us.

    If you have a 64bit system, please click on the 64bit Dxdiag/DirectX button to save the correct log file.

    This is important so that we can do our best to help you.

    i have the same problem i woke up like 4hours ago and when in opened pwi it said something like there was some error and something about verifying something so i did the verify thing and after it got like half way it started "updating files" it was like half way for like 2hours it just looked like it was repeating and then i just exited then tryed starting pwi again and it said the update complete thingy i press start and i still have that similar error you have. this is annoying I JUST WANT TO PLAY THE DAMN GAME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!b:angry

    Any thread over one month (30 days) old is considered to be a dead thread and you're not supposed to post in them. The person you are replying to probably doesn't care any more or can no longer be found on the forums. The topic itself could be out of date. Next time just make a new thread.

    Let's see how long it takes for a mod to close this :)
