Divine order of the light broken?

I had a wizard that i made back before tideborn and earthguard and i believe he didnt change with the times when i accept my divine order quests i can complete them no problem but i never get any light honor and other people tell me they get them all the time i have never gotton them once also my quests in there are the same always i have the kill yeti captains and the jumby one can someone help or am i just really that unlucky?
