Clutching at straws now, hoping an imaginary GM will help.

What kind of things would cause my ping with the PWI client to be high? Every 30 secs or so I can clock a ping of over 25k, and everything freezes, except I can still move about the world.

While all this is happening though I can surf the net, play other online games etc, without any problems, it just seems to be related to PWI. Even rang up my internet provider just to make sure, I can safely say it's not a fault there.
