About the Clients for the EU servers

do we have to install the french/german clients to run the new EU servers?
I know it's prolly been asked and answered somewhere BUT i'm not sorting through EVERY thread about it to find it, since they are like 10+ pages lol.
If someone could link to the answer or just post the answer, that would be awwesomeee.
Then a mod can close the thread.

    And why exactly you didnt use the other Threads about this topic (like 3 on first page) and ask it there?
    If i m trolling and spamming on forum...then i cant sleep and need a good laugh

    Also those threads aren't really about where the servers will be, but rather WHO will be playing ON them...

    The current English client will allow you to log into the EU servers after they are released. By request... Closed. If you have any other questions, please use the threads on this subject which are currently open. Thanks!b:thanks
