When to learn Sage Dragon's Breath?

1) Already did a search -information is old, lacks detail (precise stun duration), and suggests work arounds (spamming ultis).

Current equips/ build:

My main goal for this wiz is to use for nice easy Rebirths (no expel or spamming ultis), but it is also used for BH's, and OHT dailies. I use 3 other toons and don't want to spend on overkill for Rebirth, however one of those toons is a Cleric on same account that can share equips. You might say at this point to stick with Lv.10 DB, but I often end up tanking most anyway.

With the right aura configs, would it be ok right now to learn Sage DB (what aura build do you suggest)? If not; would a Wings of Cloud Charger +6 w/4 immaculate garnets do it? What more do you suggest?

    I guess the problem is that sage dragon's Breath is a rare book and it is one of the 2 sage skills i am still missing ( other one is Blade Tempest). Unfortunately on ecatomb and i think also ingame on the book there will only be " has a chance to stun" According to ecatomb we at least know the stun probability is 20% so for duration sage wiz with DB would have to answer this. :-/

    For the Delta runs i would say if you go with a seeker you wont have a problem because his dmg is up to twice as high of what you do with DB. People only suggest to wait with learning this skill because the random stuns will get you the aggro of mobs which have been aggroed by someone else and bm/barb might not be able to permanently take aggro away from you.

    I suggest that you try to tank a wave of the higher ones alone ( not 1 or 2 because there the mobs do relatively low dmg) and if you manage to stay alive there with all the mobs on you go ahead and learn the skill.

    Moreover make sure you have unlocked all OHT maps before you do it because if you find out that you have probs with the aggro and that it hinders you from rebirth you still can benefit from it when you grind for normal mobs
