Any support "thing" alive in forums??

I don't know if it's the heat, the summer (already on holidays I guess) or what, but things are going very bad under my point of view.

I'm not the kind of player that makes a QQ thread over the first little thing, but I think it's starting to be too much...

Lately tons of bugs/glitches/issues that are not taken care off are kinda ruinning the game:

-European Servers: There have been like 1242138 threads about it and not even one single reply from a GM about it... What's up? PWI told every GM to shut up about them? What's going on with it? Why you guys don't answer any single question related to it? Ignoring is starting to work on the nervs of many people, not the kind of "support" you wanna give to your customers...
Hell, german and french forums give replies withing few minutes about all that.

-Jones Blessing: That thing is broken for half of the population... taking long time to fix it and being broken like every 2-3 months lol. Not much has been said about it, most of the threads asking for help/solutions are empty.

-Filter: The silly-idiotic new filter is causing loads of problems on all servers, all you gotta say about it is "send a ticket" so you can be ignored there instead of at forums.

-FC Glitch: People leveling up like mad with the 100+ Dragoons glitch and nothing hasn't been done about it. Not even a "Hey, soon we are gonna fix it and we'll see who has been using it, so we'll ban the ones using it aka take their experience gained with the glitch away". Even if that's not true, at least you stop people from using it... You wouldn't lose people that are seeing you don't even give a .... about your game.

-Core connect/rankings: Many people asked what's going on with this, seems broken since a long time... Same for DQ points, gets broken once in a while and annoys people in the meantime.



I'm not asking to get all this fixed within 1 day (that would be nice)... But jeez, give some answers to the community that is making posts every single day asking the same things over and over being ignored all the time, it's really not nice...
Make a sticky with the situation how the things that are going on, if is being looked into or at least something useful for this forum, because at the moment is lacking of answers and it doesn't look good at all.

They can't really ban people for dragoon glitch and they know it. There's not really any way they can prove people have been doing it as far as I know (unless someone takes an ss of it)

Besides if they banned people for it, 70% of the 102+ (i.e big cashoppers) would be gone. There's no way they'll do that.

btw I just wanted to make a point of saying that if the GMs had handled this glitch correctly and swiftly, then this many people wouldn't of abused the glitch and PWI could handle banning the handful of people that had done it. So PWI left themselves in a ****ty position

Like I said, even if is not true, it would stop many from doing it or at least have the doubt "will I lose my char after all the money I spent on it for this?". Would make the game less broken...

And anyway, this thread is just asking for replies from them, support, official answers... They're shutting up about everything letting the doubt on everyone way too much lately
