Does the +.02 meter/second property on a gear affect only walk/run, or does it affect flying on your first, free, given flyer too?

    It has been stated various times by GMs/Moderators/Whatever that the flying speed is not affected by such bonus.

    Also the"Normal",flying speed is 5 m/s,so a 2,5 speed wings goes to 7,5 meters/second regardless of your equip.
