Problems with Visa Gift Card and Moneybookers

I purchased a $100 dollar visa gift card, and have used 80 of it already. I was told I had to wait 24 hours before using it again. It's been 24hours, and I have tried to charge zhen with it but it still says I need to wait, 24 hours, and now it says that the account balance is $0.00
I haven't even spent the last $20, and it's been over 24 hours, so why can't I charge my zhen?

    My visa gift card keeps getting declined idk :/

    I know it's a bit of a late reply -

    Some Visa Gift Cards require you to activate them online before you can make online purchases. Make sure you read the instructions on them.

    Not sure if that was the problem tho.

    If you still can't use your gift card, contact Moneybookers (Skrill) directly. They should be able to help you out.
