I need some help from a GM

look, I'm trying my best to be patient but it's been 12 hours already. I was **** yesterday evening and I have a lot of evidence and proof and did a lot of research and I think i've narrowed down who it is. I am a long time player and a paying customer and would, in the kindest way possible, appreciate some good customer service. At this point my gear probably cannot be retrieved as it's probably been around the market now...but at least we can still bring justice to the wrong do-er...please contact me GMs....
