How do I craft a wep at Emissary of Void?

Got lvl 1 runecrafting skill, but it appears as if none at all is required, I'm lvl 75, got divine honor of light and shadow tokens, but still can't manufacture a weapon. Y?

    Yeah, you have to drag the items. Select the weapon you want, then drag your divine things over to the spot where it shows the icon of it. Then it shows you have all the needed items and you can make it. :)
