Can not get to see my tickets

Bellibu - Archosaur

I sent a ticket and when I try to use a link to see it it re-directs me to the "submit a ticket" page.
I try the link on the submit a ticket page and it just sends me back.
I don't have email notifications, how can I see my submitted tickets?

-edit. nevermind, I did have notifications I was logged in the wrong email.
But the "Submitted Tickets" page is still no where to be found.-
