Cant log into server, only website

i can log on to the website, but when i try to log in on the game it says wrong user name or password (i know im using correct info)

id like to know if i got banned and for how long. i havent got any emails so im using the forums

    Check your accounts registered email, and make sure PWE doesn't automatically populate your spam folder.

    Otherwise open a ticket, we do not discuss bans on the forums.

    everytime i try to sub a ticket it opens up outlook express, i dont have an account for that
