mystic pets hp higher if i have more Vit?

hi i heard that a mystics pet has higher hp if i have more vit. This leads me to ask if stating some points to vit may help pet tank? 1- does sharding hp shards do the same thing? 2- if i shard p.def and have say high vit (say 50) what will it do for my pets tanking abilities? Thanks for any advise on this Cheers :)

    Yes, but either way your summon's tanking abilities won't quite reach that of a venos. Mystic pets do out dmg most veno pets, however. Since they only get 50% of your gear(and vit) benefits, eventually you'll become a better tank than your summons.
