TT 99 gear-A few Questions

So for lvl 99/100 i planned on using tt99 gold ashura/archangels. My questions are:

1. If i plan on wearing the tt99 can i still use it to craft my nirvana gear?(since it will be bound)

2. If my nirvana gear ends up being bound can i still put shards into it?


3. Is there a way i can craft the nirvana gear without it being bound? Can i do it as cheap as possible?

Yes, but you will need to craft the Nirvana yourself. You need Tailor 6, I think?

Yes.

Your only options for that are to either go with Lunar Nirvana instead of TT Nirvana or just not wear the TT until you finish Nirvana-ing it. But the TT Nirvana gear will bind if you equip it.
