Botting Issues Still Not Solved

We hear all the time members of map controlling factions talking of how they bot their alts. This is still something that needs to be looked into. Especially due to the fact these factions believe they are above the TOS/Rules of the game.

    I don't know where you'r from, but noone bot's theyr alts.

    They don't need to, they simply take them to FC and hit lvl 90 in 2 days
    9 out of 10 voices in my head say I'm not crazy... the 10th is singing the music of tetris

    So does this botting involve Tin Foil hats?

    Is the FBI or direct to brain radio transmission involved?
