Question about Boutique Bidding

Hi all,

I was just wondering what the limitations to bidding in the boutique is. I was logging in to my level 2 barb (mule) in the middle of an auction, and, to my surprise, the bidding hall was offering the flyer's ticket. I quickly made the move to bid for it, but it gave me a message saying "unable to make bid at this time". Why did I get that message?

And also, how much gold do rose flyer's tickets usually go for?

    I'm pretty sure you have to be level 10 to use the bidding hall. Thats the same level that boutique functionality fully opens.

    That's happened to me too, and i was way above lvl 10
