Support Ticket?

Anybody know how long it takes to have a response to a ticket? I've been banned for almost 2 weeks and ive sent in 3 tickets, not one of them got a response. I didn't get an e-mail stating why i was banned either, so can someone show me some insight on this matter?b:victory AND i missed the entire 2x drops QQb:cry

    GMs don't work on the weekends so that takes longer for a reply. The actual wait time depends on how many are already in front of you. When you send a new ticket, you get bumped back to the end of the line. Be patient and wait.

    Videl is correct. The more tickets you send, the longer you wait. Estimated time for a reply is 1~2 weeks.
