spam bot in archosaur

Sorry I didn't make a ticket on this, as it takes 24 hours to get a response, and the one we do get is automated at first unless we push the issue vehemently. I do know however that the forum is patroled rigorously. And the people who govern the forum have a real voice that is heard.

There is a spam bot in the middle of archosaur on the sanctuary server. I don't need a screen shot by the way, just log in and see it for yourself. His name is clear as day, ban this fool and be done with him.


Out of all the people who DC constantly for no reason, why not this noob, why can't he just randomly DC like everyone else

    The GMs will be able to deal with it properly if you do so, as the forums are not the right measurement to report with such issue.

    You do realize how pathetic and ridiculous this is, right? That bot has been spamming its advertising all day long but since there's never a single GM online in this game they can do whatever they want. Seriously, I've been playing on WoW private servers for years now, PWI is the equivalent of the worst of them. Considering the insane amounts of $ you're getting you should be ashamed of yourself.

    I am a forum mod, not a representative of PWE or affiliated with them.

    They can't investigate an issue without proof. Send a ticket.

    I have to agree with Elendirah on this one.

    Although I find the simplest of all options is the blacklist.

    Yeah I whispered the person asking if they were botting, got no response while it continued to spam. Got a screenshot and submitted the ticket yesterday, and am hoping for an IP ban. =)

    The site that they are promoting is one of those power-level / cheap gold sites.
