TICKETS AREN'T WORKING and i need help NOW.

My computer keeps shutting off overnight so i can't change my 5 hour safety lock. This is getting VERY VERY annoying and i need it changed back to 1 min. ALSO pw decided to shutdown when i was about to set up shop when the safety lock finally ended. So it's reset now and i am extremely pissed. :) please help b:surrender

    Once you change the time on your safety lock (i.e. reset it to 1 minute), it takes a full 3 days to change, regardless of whether you are logged in or not. Any changes made to the timer once you reset it will restart the timer. Also note that it is a full 72 hours for the three day period.

    As far as your system shutting off overnight.. check programs that are scheduled to run or power saving options that could be interfering.

    Pissed or not, you're not likely to get a response to a ticket, even if they were working, until at least Monday. (Dunno why they aren't working for you, try resetting your browser cache or use Chrome.) By that time it will be reset to one minute anyway if you are following the instructions I mentioned above. (And all they will really do anyway is give you those instructions. Been there, done that.)

    For the client crashing right before you set up shop... that's just tough luck. If you're having an issue with the client crashing on a regular basis, it's time to check drivers, OS updates, and **** running in the background.
