Well I know there might always be trolls who might not agree with me but thats part of wrighting on formus. Just want to tell u that if u dont agree with me I rlly dont care lol I have been playing this game for about 4 years and no one will make me change mi mind about what im gonna say. And im going to talk against a lof myths and **** some nubs say and I know its not true.

Ok guys this is the truth about wizards:

Some ppl say wizards are OP (LIE) althought good wizards can 1 shot a large number of players that doesnt mean they aare OP its just thats their strong point WE ARE MENT TO BE AOE DDs

Some other nubs say wizards are UP (LIE) a wizard can do good againt all classes just got to learn how to play, gear very well and practice.


Psy replaces wizards LOL one of the failes lies, the turth is my can hit harder than wiz when they use black voodo... but that makes them so damn shishy it can be sucicidal (TON OF PSY DIE ON FC BECAUSE OF AGGRO THEY CANT HANDLE)b:thanks and skills are very diferent so they cant replace wiz as well asw wiz cant replace psy.

Wiz will always be damn shishy well I accept most wiz and average casters are squishy but nothing that a well geared character cant solve, out problem is against physical attacks but with good refines and garnets shards it is posible to get over 8k hp (15k if u are VERY rich to 12+ all) unbuffed also we can use bm and cleric buffs to get more phys deff but the best part is wizzys have self buff that increases phys deff and we are the only ones who can use this special wiz only skills

Finnaly some say wizard skills suck LOL well... what happens here is that wizzards are GREEDY with buffs b:thanks we got tons of buffs but mostg of them only work on us, (if u wanna be support class go roll cleric) wizzards got a skill that makes channeling instant, skill that increases phys deff by 100% (even more when u get sage/demon) a sealing skill that always works not even other players spark can protect them from wiz seal (try it and see) also we get a shot but instant casting sleeping skill at lvl 79, a debuff that lowers enemys magic defence by 60% making us able to make even harder blows on targets etc...

I personaly can say at my lvl I can kill any class that is equaly geared on duels/PK exept sins, ppl say sins are OP but thats another thread and I personaly think sins are not OP its just every class has its pros and cons for example my wiz do specialy good killing bms/barbs/psy/archers but sins and good clerics are my weakness.

FINNALY THE MOST IMPORTANT THING... THERE IS NO ABSOLUTE OP CLASS when u make a character u will find out u can kill some classes easyer than others and u will also notice u will have a harder time vs some.

For example I have wiz/sin/seeker because I wanted to make all builds account


My wiz

Easy kills: Barbs/Bms/Psy/Archers
Has trouble against: Sins/Good clerics

My sin

Easy kills: Archer/All casters exept HA venos.
Has trouble with: HA venos/good bms, barbs, seekers


My seeker

Easy kills: Sins/BMs/Barbs/Archers
Has trouble with: Clerics/Psy/Good wiz and venos.

Ofc this may change depending on player but no matter wich character u choose or wich build u make U WILL ALWAYS HAVE A WEAK POINT and that weak point will always happen to be something another class can use to kill u.

So have fun, dont QQ abougt your class and enjoy its benefits ^^ and if u rlly wanna do well against every single class on PWI then I suggest u do what I did and make 1 character against every single class, so far its working for me I win about 90% of fights I get in

Typical ignorant troll who thinks english is the only language in the world and points out grammatical errors to make him/herself feel smart.

Anyway, wizards are countered soo easily compared to other classes. That's why most people think they're UP until about ~90.

Sin and Clerics are the absolute hard counters to most wizards. Good refines/shards (i.e. money) is the only defence against physical attacks like Sins and Plume shot.

Still, wizzies are the most fun class to play.

i suppose any class has problems killing a handfull of barbs (solo) on every server
they tank whole squads a long time in TW

so that barb weakness doesnt really count

good bms are fked now without Skill-cancel

seekers? idk much bout them , not a factor on wizard, there are not many in TW and none white when i was pking the last time
i dont pk on sin, and nobody is attacking Regen-alt-faction-Terrain for some reason, so no TW as well

Incorrect. I will applaud him for it.

It's one thing to not be able to speak/type english well, no one can blame him for that. It's another to stubbornly act ignorant and refuse to correct and learn from one's mistakes.

Magicsaber wasn't attacking the OP, he was pointing out mistakes. OP should learn from them.

IF U GET KILLED BY SOMEONE AND SOMEONE ELSE KILLS THAT PERSON THAT DOESNT MEAN HE WILL ALSO BE ABLE TO KILL U
Its so annoying to have to explain this to a lvl 100+ but oh well...

I have my own wizard(101)/cleric(101)/veno(96)/bm(92).. and have played MANY other end game classes (sin included) using friends' characters. So I'm not one of those "single class players that don't know how the situation really is". I really don't like to bring up the rankings.. because they really don't mean much, but if I have over 5k pvp kills and you don't even show up on your server (lol < 1k kills) you don't really have any right to say ANYTHING about experience.

You are just another fail n00b that hasn't gotten past basic game mechanics 101, but like to pretend you know what you are talking about. The fact that sins are OP is well accepted amongst the pwi community, and has been for quite some time. It's just the n00bs like you that can't grasp what end game pvp is like that think it is far too complicated to know what options are available to you in the heat of the moment. Sins have too many tricks up their sleeves and you not knowing how to utilize those tricks is your own shortcoming, not that of a class. Put a half-competent player on an end game sin, and nothing short of a GM (even psychics) will be able to go toe-to-toe with them.

If I were to learn a different language, I would not speak it until people could understand what the hell I was saying. Furthermore, if I was at a point where people could not understand me, I would take advice from people who WERE fluent at the language.

Learning the grammar and spelling of a language is important.

What haunts my nightmares is the 40+ year old, born and bred US citizens that can't speak write in English to save their lives. There simply is no excuse for anyone who has passed the 6th grade to speak like that.

I do not applaud this at all, personally the incorrect form of English used was so minor its ridiculous for someone to even waste time to sit back and correct this, instead they should be using there time to pick up an English dictionary to refresh their selves on English words, so when someone that has taken more time to learn a second language actually makes a mistake in spelling or shorting of a word, they actually can recognize wut (<----hope u understand that) the person is saying. personally give respect to any1(<----hope you understand that) to learn another language and then actually use it with people that was born into the language........ I do however agree with the highlighted part.... that is pretty bad....

As for me been playing a wizard for 3years. I have no problem with no class, besides a good cleric and a veno. Sins and mystics are good in duels but in pvp it's a diffrent story.

Im a demon wizard and I can beat any sin who don't have beast gear in a pvp 1v1, same for mystics. Only venos and clerics give me a problem.

as for the other classes they are super easy, beside a tank build barb (Iswear these things never die). But if I had beast end game gear even barb wouldnt be a problem.

The only class you should have problems with are Clerics and Venos. because a cleric is a anti wizard, and Venos are made to disable magic.
