item to advance manufacturing completion

there are items used to advance lvl 1 blacksmith to 100%, then 2 to 100% 3, 4, etc..

does anyone know what im talking about? im trying to find them, i got them for blacksmith a while back but now im looking for the tailor version.

its an item you right click, and wherever your completion is at for that skill level, it jumps to 100% then you talk to elder and learn next skill level.. or do the lvl 4/6 book quest.

need these things PLZ someone has to know what ttheyre called?

.. ive discovered theyre from the skill upgrade in cash shop. sorry for the useless post.
