Ok, anyone have a video of a sin soloing nirvana after paying openers? I think I understand all of it except how to kill the last boss alone with nobody to do chests or debuff boss.

    Easy solution: Don't solo it.

The time trying to find openers during x2 and the time spent getting charmraped while soloing could be used to do a lot more runs 4-5 man.

For myself, I have a faction friend who is +12 r9, and I'm +11 r9, so with 2 others and their alts, we can 4 man nirvy easily and quickly. Demon BM with demon HF for HFing and glacial spiking the majority of our sin sparks, and a demon veno for demon amp.

We do runs in 7 minutes on average. So doing the math, if you can find all openers, pay them, and solo all of nirvy in around 30-35 minutes, then that might be a slightly doable alternative to nirvy-ing the normal way.

I think it's a lot less profit in the long run though. Mainly because of paying openers and charm/pot **** throughout the run.

But to answer your question, just do the chest digging yourself. It isn't actual "digging" where you can't move or anything. The chest is a "mob" you can attack, and attacking one will drop its labeled element, which you can pick up and use on the elemental.

You can easely do it yourself, your just going to get charmraped by the boss while you get the chest/seal the mob, cause your not getting any heals from bloodpaint at that moment

    @ Skai : Gratz on r9 ;)

On topic : The meaning of "solo" is to do it alone, without squad. So you would have to run for chest yourself, and debuff yourself (genie or something). Ofc you could spark-resist all adds, but personally I think that is a great risk. On 1st add you could "die" with deaden nerves, but that only works once. However, if you can really solo it in decent time, you should have the gear to survive running to chest and do the seal yourself.

Like Skai said, soloing vana isn't worth it at all even at 2x. Besides the kick of saying "I soloed vana *inserts cool tiger smilie*" there is no real use to it.

Thanks, was just wondering cause I hear so many people that seem to think nirvana is being soloed all the time. I dont need charms or pots to kill in nirvana alone, my defense/attack ratio is such that my bloodpaint keeps me healed. I noticed the last two times i went an the guy doing chest failed-the entire squad wiped except me an was wondering if that was what the "soloers" was counting on.
With frost so easy to level from 0-100 in a week or so ill probably just level my wife a bm an kid a cleric an since the new rules say they each get two acounts then no reason to ever pay openers.

You might not even need to get the chests, if you time your deaden nerves + later on (depending how long it takes you) sparks + apos, you can resist the one shot from that boss. I think the boss hits after 20 secs once the chests spawn? I might be wrong, just check the guides.
