Okay today I just walked behind some random character and then I couldn't see anyone unless I was an inch from them. And then I keep sending friends requests to a friend but she isnt getting them and it says "Friends Request Timeout" also everyone has no customization but me. I tired all the UI Settings and nothing worked. I even relogged to figured it out. But nothing has worked.

    Click the forth little button above your character status in the up-left corner of your screen.
    Go to System Settings -> UI and make sure Customizations is checked.
