Can't Charge?

I have been Charging always using Visa for awhile and now when I wanted to charge they ask for date of birth and guess what moneybookers don't accept nobody charging if ur not 18, why is this changed and why woudnt someone at the age of 16 or 17 be able to charge when they want to and as well im like 1 nd a half month away from hitting 18 b:cryb:surrender

    Unfortunately, Perfect World Entertainment does not know why this has occurred and since this is a new feature for Moneybookers, you will have to direct your question to them as to why they are now using this feature. We do apologize for any inconvenience and do note that all payment processors in column one of the charge page will have the ability to use Visa cards.
